Our 3D Modeling and visualizations provide a detailed visual understanding of the design intent, allowing issues and conflicts to be detected among engineering disciplines saving money and time in the process. Utilizing Bentley OpenRoads and LumenRT technology, we offer complete detail production for roadway design, bridges, surveying, drainage, and subsurface utilities.
We have created 3D and phase construction models that have been used for public involvement, plan review, and construction/safety review meetings. These models, visualizations, and animations have given a broad project awareness and understanding. Other uses have been conceptual and preliminary designs showing alternate design options, marketing, and for enhancement of RFO/RFQ proposals during the solicitations process.
