MESA Integrated Solutions, INC (MESA) is an approved Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Information Technology Staffing Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) vendor through DIR’s Cooperative Contracts, contract number DIR-CPO-5620. The DIR ITSAC contract provides flexible and competitively priced temporary IT staffing augmentation services to DIR members nationwide on a time (hourly) basis.

About MESA
MESA was founded in 2016 by longtime, former Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) managers in roadway/highway design management, including the implementation support of enterprise engineering design and modeling software and data management software. MESA’s experienced team of engineers and IT professionals know how to communicate at both the technical and non-technical levels, and our intimate knowledge of customer needs and requirements allows us to deliver quality staff and services to our clients.

MESA provides professional IT technical staff to state departments of transportation (DOTs) as well as county and municipal transportation departments. MESA staff specializes in providing their clients with expertise related to Bentley OpenRoads software, which is used by most public sector transportation departments in the road design process. Our team of experts also has many years of practical knowledge and experience using GEOPAK, ConceptStation, MicroStation, and LumenRT on roadway design projects.
